Consultation Services at CRU-Bayview

NOTE: There will be no walk-in sessions on the following Tuesdays: October 6, November 3, November 17.

Consultative Services: The Biostatistics Core provides consultation in study design, protocol development, analysis planning, and manuscript preparation mainly through scheduled appointments. To request a consultation appointment, please fill out the online Consultation Request through the ICTR Connection Request System and a consultant will contact you, normally within 1 business day, to set up an appointment. Log in using your JHED ID and indicate "Bayview" as the preferred location.

Walk-in Sessions: The Biostatistics Core also offers brief consultation through its walk-in consultation service. The walk-in session is designed to provide a quick evaluation of statistical issues concerning a clinical / translational research project to provide an answer during the consultation or to set up a subsequent appointment to work on the issues further. We expect to serve 3 to 4 investigators during each hourly walk-in session. The walk-in sessions are normally held from 1-2pm on Tuesdays and 2-3pm on Fridays in the B-Building. Sign up begins at 10 minutes prior to the start of each session as is "first come, first served". Please see Margaret Cesnick or Debra Grudzien at B-Building, 3rd Floor, Room 300 to sign up. Please complete the Consultation Request Form and bring it with you to your consultation session. Please check the CRU-Bayview home page for schedule or location changes for walk-in sessions.
